Kjersti Vandesande, LMT, Bowen Practitioner, ERYT-200, Reiki Master, Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner, Klose LMT (MLD & CDT), AromaTouch Practitioner

Kjersti began her healthcare career as a PTA, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, biomechanics and functional movement training, with hands on training in osteopathic bodywork, neuromuscular and myofascial releases, craniosacral and visceral manipulation techniques, and manual lymph drainage (MLD). In 2014, she earned certifications in Bowen (Australian osteopathic bodywork), Reiki Master, AromaTouch, and as a Yoga Instructor. She became an Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner based in a lineage of Peruvian Shamanism through Naughty Shaman’s Dharma School (2014-16) and is a certified Klose Trained Therapist (medical-grade) MLD and CDT (complete decongestive therapy) as of 2019. Kjersti graduated from Flint School of Therapeutic Massage early 2021 and in 2022 trained in a Deep Tissue technique, Ashiatsu, designed to provide myofascial release and relaxation.

With over a decade experience in healing touch and therapeutic interventions, she has developed a knack for helping folks with back pain, joint pain or dysfunction, TMJ, neck and shoulder issues, headaches and migraines, low back, hip and knee issues, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, neuropathy, Repetitive Use or Sports injuries, pre and post-surgical (medical and cosmetic) swelling, Woman’s Health and pre and post-natal massage. Her passion for understanding how the mind and body work and repair itself is an asset to clients looking for pain or stress relief. 

Kjersti has taught thousands of classes from beginner to advanced Pranayama and Vinyasa all over Michigan at Skilled Nursing Facilities, Physical Therapy clinics, Yoga studios, private beaches, schools and festivals and events! She now offers her classes primarily in the East Lansing area at Williamston Wellness ChiroSpa!
